About the Role:
We are seeking an LCSW-C Clinical Project Manager to oversee behavioral health plans and provide clinical supervision for direct care staff. This role ensures high-quality trauma-informed services for youth in care.
Key Responsibilities:
βοΈ Supervise 1:1 support staff and provide weekly clinical oversight.
βοΈ Review and manage youth behavioral health plans.
βοΈ Ensure compliance with state guidelines and best practices.
βοΈ Coordinate with caseworkers and caregivers to improve care plans.

Requirements:
πΉ Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) required.
